Our pricing principles
One all-in total
Room, taxes, and fees we know about are included before you tap Book. If a property collects a charge during your stay, we show it separately whenever it is disclosed to us.
No Stay booking fee
We do not add a service charge or processing fee at checkout. The total on the booking panel is what you pay through Nuitée's secure checkout.
Join Stay for member rates
Sign in to see eligible member rates. Availability depends on the property, dates and room, so a member rate appears only when it is available for your search.
After you book
Stay can watch refundable rates, help with pre-arrival requests and send trip alerts through iMessage. Basic trip servicing has no extra charge.
What you can expect
- Known resort and city taxes are included in the displayed total
- Stay does not add a convenience fee at the last step
- Any charge collected by the property is shown separately when disclosed
- Prices and availability are checked again before booking
