Bookings

Stay is a booking assistant and search platform. Rates, availability, taxes, and fees are provided by hotels and their distribution partners. The all-in total shown before you confirm is the amount collected through Nuitée; supplier changes may require a fresh quote before booking completes.

Cancellations & refunds

Cancellation rules are set per rate (free cancellation, non-refundable, etc.) and shown before you book. Refunds follow the supplier policy and return through the original payment method. Stay may alert you when a cheaper refundable rate appears; a replacement booking always requires your approval and payment.

Accounts & data

You are responsible for providing accurate guest details. Nuitée is the merchant of record for hotel bookings and handles traveller payment, refunds, and supplier settlement. Stay does not store full card numbers. Stripe may process a separate Stay subscription if one is offered. Passport and contact details are encrypted at rest. Liability

Stay is not the hotel operator. Disputes about the stay itself are between you and the property, though we will help chase resolutions where we can.
